Bronwyn Guilbeau

Accounting

Our newest Roco team member is Bronwyn Guilbeau. Bronwyn works in accounting and does a great job! She began working with us in May 2025 and has helped tremendously with the recent upgrade of our accounting software. According to Bronwyn, “Roco has given me the opportunity to expand my professional skill set in meaningful ways. The challenges I’ve faced have strengthened my ability to learn quickly, lead complex projects, and think more strategically across all areas of the business.”

Bronwyn brings a strong background in accounting, HR, and payroll – having participated in a family business for many years. She previously served as CFO and Controller for Logistics Management Resources, Inc. The company was founded in Baton Rouge in 1981 by her father. The family sold the business in October 2022. Bronwyn stayed on with the new company through the transition. In fact, she had worked on implementing a complex new software system before officially departing the company in January 2025.

Roco has already greatly benefitted from Bronwyn’s past experience in her family-owned business. She currently oversees key financial processes at Roco while leading the restructuring and streamlining of financial operations throughout the company. She has contributed significantly to our efforts in implementing various systems aimed at improving workflow efficiencies and enhancing collaboration among the departments. Through her efforts she has focused on building strong operational structures, driving continuous improvements, and supporting Roco’s overall business objectives.

Bronwyn currently lives in St. George (near Baton Rouge) with her husband Stephen. They are the proud parents of two girls – Blakely (3) and Jorda (19) – as well as two bonus daughters, Taylor (20) and August (24). They also have a silver Lab named Silver – and yep, another girl. Her husband has to be a real trooper to keep up with all these girls in the family.

When asked about Roco’s mission, Bronwyn stated, “Our mission is to save lives by equipping and training rescuers to perform their jobs safely, effectively, and with confidence – setting the standard in rescue readiness. Roco is committed to protecting those who protect others.”

She also added, “Working at Roco Rescue has shown me what it means to be part of something bigger than myself. I’m surrounded by an outstanding team where everyone believes in our mission’s importance. Even though my contributions come through financial and accounting work, I understand how essential they are to delivering world-class training, standby rescue services, and cutting-edge equipment for emergency responders. Being part of an organization that genuinely ‘sets the standard for saving lives and keeping rescuers safe’ creates a connection to meaningful work that extends far beyond my daily tasks.”

Bronwyn grew up in the Baton Rouge area (Prairieville). She has a B.G.S. from LSU with a concentration in interdisciplinary Studies, complimented by minors in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership Development. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, repurposing furniture, and relaxing on the water at her family’s fishing camp down in Dulac – a small Cajun village known for its coastal beauty, abundant fishing, and access to local swamps and marshes. And, of course, it’s famous for its authentic Cajun and Creole cuisine – after all, it is in Louisiana!
