PETZL ASAP Mobile Fall Arrester

Description

Petzl’s ASAP Mobile Fall Arrester is a great fall protection device for those who work at height. It has a specially designed locking system free movement along the rope, but if a shock of sudden acceleration occurs, the ASAP locks on the rope and prevents the fall. It provides continuous fall protection, and works on vertical or angled rope to arrest any uncontrolled descent, including falls and slides. The ASAP is very easy to use – it requires no manual manipulation/intervention and can be installed or removed anywhere along the rope. For users that need to work at a distance from their rope, the ASAP can be used in conjunction with the ASAP’SORBER or ASAP’SORBER AXESS energy absorber.
