Description
The Petzl Handled Ascender is a rope clamp designed for climbing fixed single ropes from 8mm to 13mm. Its highly functional handle ascender can be intalled onto the rope one-handed, has ergonomic thumb catch, and has a elastomer protective sleeve for comfort and thermal insulation. The Petzl Handled Ascender’s chrome-plated steel cam with inclined teeth provides grip on wet icy or muddy ropes. In addition, there is a self-cleaning slot on the cam.
The right-handed version is yellow. The left-handed version is black.
